1. Prepare the menu

Create a reusable bucket with item names, prices, and the fee policy that applies to this order.

Choose the menu, open a collection session, and share its invitation with the people ordering.

Participants add their own quantities while the organizer monitors progress and the combined order.

Close collection before placing the restaurant order so later edits cannot silently change the final quantities.

Review subtotal and configured fees, then use participant and item views to explain what each person owes.
